Manage all aspects of the terminal including loading and unloading of railcars, managing switch crews and clerical staff, in addition to maintaining the fluidity of largest intermodal terminal on the network. Daily responsibility of upholding the highest service levels to the largest intermodal customer while holding the line on operating costs by using all resources to their fullest potential.

Direct the flow of rail traffic in and out of terminal. Coordinate with contractor and programmer to plan the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trains. Monitor the activities of up to 110 CSX employees, vendors, and contractors in the yard to ensure safe operating practices. Cover vacation for operations managers.
