• Developed the movement and reoccupation plan for a 742-person department, post-renovation, including developing a 1.3 million budget for furniture.• Conducted over 15 planning sessions with over 10 organizations across 5 states to track the progress of training and preparation for the final deployment exercise. • Synchronized the staff for the manning and equipping of the command post exercises for over 700 personnel to prepare the Senior Directors to execute their mission. • Facilitated and synchronized integration of three Army and Air Force executive staffs to support organizational goals ensuring a unified effort throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with reduced resources.

● Planned and synchronized long range training plans for multiple departments within a 16,000-person organization to ensure resources are coordinated and executed to achieve the executive level leadership’s vision of objective completion.● Coached, taught and mentored over 50 staff personnel on the synchronization and coordination of processes across multi- agency and multi-national organizations to achieve coalition objectives.● Led Planning Team for Train, Advise, and Assist Command - South in Afghanistan and developed two major planning efforts for the Winter Campaign and the increase in troop levels with a reduced staff.● Successfully incorporated over 55 groups and organizations to stabilize the US presence at Kandahar Airfield and reverse the drawn down.● Developed and synchronized the plan to increase advisors to the Afghan National Army and Police, coordinating with Australian advisor team and US force protection organization for implementation.

● Developed plans for the reception and movement of external assets and resources to an affected State in the event of a disaster to respond to requests from an Incident Commander. Responded to or supported eight natural disasters or complex training scenarios involving multiple States and agencies from Federal, State, and local agencies.● Prepared operating procedures to be used by the thirty-five-member team in response and recovery to disasters or emergencies, such as hurricanes, floods, and nuclear accidents.● Attended over twenty meetings and seminars in collaboration with State and Federal officials to analyze damage assessments following disasters and emergencies. Developed training programs for the twenty-five Western States and territories to identify and fill shortfalls in State capabilities to respond to complex incidents. Provided professional feedback regarding future disaster preparedness plans● Conducted over twenty program briefings to State and National agencies on the capabilities of the Domestic All Hazard Response Teams. Monitored, evaluated, and recorded training activities and after-action reports to determine program effectiveness and altered procedures based on outcomes.● Travelled to support training exercises in US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska
