I am a father of two beautiful girls, I adopted a 16 yr old boy, and I am a dedicated employee that likes to work. I strive to do the best at whatever I'm asked to do. I am not a person that will sit around and only do what my job description says. I am very versatile and I enjoy learning all aspects of my job, no matter what it is. I believe that it can only benefit myself and the company if i know and can do more than what I was hired for. I believe in cross training with anyone that wants to learn or teach. My goal is to be in a position at a company that makes a difference. I want to be in management, so that I can share my knowledge with many others. I know that along the way accidents do happen, but you can't go crazy and stress over everything. If it's going to happen then it will. I understand that business can get hectic sometimes and I do the best that I can and make sure that the customer doesn't feel it. I take the "accidents" and learn from them. I am a person that looks at the issue and ask what could have been done different, what caused it in the first place, and how can we avoid this from happening again. I am not a person that gives excuses to my boss or anyone else. I see an issue and look for solutions. Then when I talk to them, I tell them the issue but I also bring the solution. I try to live my live with a smile on my face and laughter in the air. When I get old, or when my time comes, I know that looking back I have made a positive influence upon someones life. I have helped people smile, achieve greatness, and above all else, I know that I have been a good person.
