Serves as a master planner and is responsible for construction and master planning support for the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, located at Joint-Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Superior knowledge of Army & Army Reserve regulations, master planning principles, facilities management and is able to implement these into various master planning products. Also provides recommendations when conducting space management analysis, and briefs results to Army and Civilian personnel. • Provide on-site planning support at JB MDL, NJ and work alongside military and civilian personnel.• Prepare programming level cost estimate for Military Construction and supporting documentation to produce completed DD 1391s in the Programming Administration and Execution (PAX) System.• Facilitate updates to Army databases such as ASIP and RPLANS.• Conduct space analysis for the stationing of Army Reserve units or resolve space management issues.• Be able to provide working knowledge and use of General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Installation Status Report (ISR) databases, and Permanent Order System (POS).• Summarize and briefs military and civilian decision makers.
