Leads the execution, administration and stewardship of all NPFC financial management programs and resources including the $8.8 billion Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund (OSLTF). Manages financial systems (Oracle), reporting, data analytics, budgeting, internal controls, accounts receivables, audit and accounting operations. NPFC serves as the lead federal agency to provide OSLTF funds, insurance regulatION, secondary insurer, collection management, financial reporting and oversight of oil and hazardous material response funding and liability.
