xCurrency and xRemit is an exchange rate conversion and cross-border remittance platform that provides online exchange and tuition payment services mainly for Chinese working overseas and students studying abroad. The platform strives to simplify the process of remittance and provide a fast arrival time.- In this role, I participated in the design of various platforms, including mobile apps, websites, and content management systems. Led the design of the Help Center, significantly reducing the workload for designers, developers, and customer service.- Worked with the team to create a more complete design system that included components, style, dark mode, content writing and internationalization to improve the consistency of the product design.- To address more complex business processes such as cross-border remittances and KYC, we have experimented with advanced approaches such as OOUI and domain-driven design. This helps create a common language between designers, compliance officers and developers.

Beyond financial management design, I also contributed to the crucial UI/UX design of in-app purchases, playing a significant role in the company's inaugural app monetization success.- In the realm of user research, I collaborated with product managers on user interviews, data analysis, and optimizing the SEO of app store to enhance product visibility.- Regarding team collaboration and project delivery, I assist in assigning tasks and providing design suggestions for new designers. Additionally, I standardize the content of product design documents, ensuring the fidelity of the design. To streamline the team's development process, I have also introduced collaborative tools and agile methodologies.
