For the past 12+ years, I've been a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Property Consultant, Marketing Professional, and Team Leader. Licensed as an Agent in New Jersey, and as a Broker in North Carolina, I understand, and have learned the business, from both sides of the closing table. My career background and expertise is in finance and accounting, strategic sales and marketing planning, contract negotiations, proposals, and operations. I have developed, and led, sales teams to record breaking backlog levels by effective team building, stressing teamwork across all departments and divisions. With an emphasis on program management, communication, cost control, and electronic product design/development for manufacturing; my strengths became focused on proposal structuring, problem solving and finding solutions in distressed and over-budget situations. I've spent much of my corporate career in the Defense, Aerospace, and Telecommunications industries leading proposal teams in high dollar military and private sector bid submissions. Taking the proposal to contract, and negotiating aggressive payment schedules, became my specialty due to my costing expertise, contract knowledge and program management skills. These skills led to executive leadership roles and eventually successfully starting up my own companies with raised venture capital. Originally from NJ, and true to my 'South Jersey'​ roots, I am a Philly sports fan. My wife, Cissy, is a career nurse with a nearby regional hospital. We moved back to New Jersey after spending 10 years in North Carolina and 7 years in Florida and have two grown children; Adam who resides in Idaho with his family, and Stephanie who lives in NJ with hers. We now share our home with our rescue dog.
