• Co.Lab is an 8-week product manager boot camp. As a Product Designer, I collaborated with a Product Manager and a Front-end and Back-end Developer to develop our concept into a finished product.
• Developed Eyes Fresh, a proactive Chrome Extension designed to prompt users to take screen breaks, utilizing design thinking principles to guide every stage of the UX journey, from conception to implementation.
• Leveraged competitive analysis, an online survey with 31 respondents, and did qualitative interviews with 3 people to inform MVP development, which led to designing wireframes and prototypes for usability evaluations.
• Used Maze to gather asynchronous user feedback for our MVP, and we conducted 5 moderated sessions with users observing their interactions withthe extension over video chat.
• 83% of users reported that their first impression of Eye Fresh is “simple” and “easy” to read or access.
• Collaborated with developers to create prototypes for further usability testing and working out bugs before publishing it in the Google Chrome Web Store.

• Created Beacon, a web app for proactive planning of someone’s passing. Collaborated with a product manager and 2 developers to develop an MVP using Jira, weekly sprints, and daily standups over 3 time zones.
• Responsible for competitive research, which was critical to learn about what was already existing and the niche we could fill.
• Conducted 5 user interviews, which led us to change the name of our product from Left Behind to Beacon.

• Managed all phases of the design process and applied them to my capstone project, Foresight. I learned and identified which process, method, or tool was best to use throughout the process.
