Established a review process to maintain consistency and precision across all materials.-Conducted manual testing of the CTAS training environment, systematically identifying defects, and documenting detailed defect reports for Business Analysts. This ensured high-quality software performance during training and minimized disruptions for end users.-Supported the development and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) tailored to the organization's specific training needs.
