Continuing to be the honest broker between the SBCTC schools and active-duty service members to apply for Worker Retraining and other Washington State-specific Financial AId packages in order to get into in-demand profession-technical certificate programs. Now, my contract/custodian college has given me a further mandate to help all military-connect students in South Puget Sound, in cooperation with the University of Washington - Tacoma, to long-term plan for their transition out of active duty and into the civilian job market.

I am the broker between the Community and Technical Colleges in the State of Washington and all Active Duty Service members located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord who are transitioning into the civilian sector but need to have the skills to be competitive to obtain a career in the civilian sector. Enter in the VIE-25 program that helps service members get certificates and degrees through alternate means with no expense to the service member and without have them use their GI Bill. I also am in collaboration with University of Washington - Tacoma to help military connected students, who are currently at Pierce College with resume help, career search techniques, and internship search help.

-Provide detailed information related to educational programs, services and the admissions and enrollment processes to potential students and their families.-Develop relationships with prospective military students and military populations interested in pursuing higher education.-Act as the primary point of contact for fostering partnerships with community organizations, social service agencies, and non-profits with an emphasis on English Language Learners (ELL).-Attend recruitment fairs at a variety of venues including military bases and community service agencies. Serves on the TCC military advisory committee and as a liaison to Pierce County USO-Assess and promptly respond to the needs and concerns of prospective students and parents, via email, web chat, social media, phone, and in person.-Recruit, unconditionally, students from all backgrounds, regardless of ethnicity, socio-economic status, or gender, as well as through respectful interactions with other TCC representatives in compliance with TCC's Non-Discrimination Policy. -Communicate both orally and in writing with prospects and their 'gatekeepers' about TCC's admission requirements, program offerings, basic financial aid requirements and regulations, and scholarship opportunities.-Provide individual and group admissions support to guide prospective students through the process of becoming a student at TCC. -Collaborate with TCC Faculty to develop mutually beneficial pipelines between TCC programs, military bases, and community agencies.-Work with the Marketing department at TCC to develop strategic and effective recruitment messages, flyers, and social media initiatives.

I lead and oversee our Hospitality Teams that show love to out first time visitors and guests in tune with 2 Corinthians chapter 5 and John chapter 13 verses 15 through 20.

I oversaw projects to complete for the lead preaching and teaching Pastor and do all necessary research needed for sermon prep as well.

Oversee the intake, award process, and budget implementation for the Opportunity Grant at YVCC while overseeing the account management and fiscal implementation for 4 other state and federal grants.

As a Temporary Hire I was to oversee Case Files as well as serve as an Intake Specialist. Duties included:-Managing Case File documentation and improving files for audits-Providing outstanding customer service to clients as I served as an Intake Specialist-Uploading and scanning documentation for clients -Uploading client data and editing client information in client database-Providing Housing relocation services as well as job placement services

Overseeing the day to day operations of acquiring repair parts, goods, and services for the continued success of an organization of about 4,000 employees. In addition I was the lead architect for the 2015 Fiscal Year Budget for our organization which amounted to over $60 million and was approved by one of the top tier Chief Executives at Fort Lewis. I was also the Supervisor to a Government Purchase Card Program within our organization that enabled and supported the logistical and training capability of the various teams in our organization to produce successful and quality training.

I was responsible for the $40 million in equipment and 22 employees as I oversaw the planning and execution of training as well as personnel management of particular employees with a specialty skill set within the organization of 800 employees.

I was responsible for the teaching, coaching, and mentoring of 21 employees as I also oversaw the training and education of these employees within the organization of 700 employees. I oversaw and was accountable for over $10 million in equipment that was distributed within my team of 21 employees.

I was responsible for the distribution of repair parts, goods, and services for an organization of 700 employees as well as overseeing 30 employees and $25 million in equipment in a high stress global operation environment.

Deputy to the Director of Logistics in forecasting and analyzing the distribution of goods and the needs of our employees in a global operational environment. Saw and met the logistical needs to an organization of 700 in a 7,000 square mile radius and oversaw 3 major multi day operations.

Oversaw the day to day management of 12 employees along with a local national staff of 20 to ensure that the cleaning, electrical maintenance, power distribution, and specialty projects where executed and finished to the scheduling of the superintendent.

Served as the Legislative subject matter expert for the Associated Students of Central Washington University in providing information on the current climate of the legislature and how legislation relates to student affairs. In addition to my position title I advocated for the diverse student body to raise awareness of tuition policy and rallied students to lobby the State Legislature in Olympia, WA
