Lead commercial contracting function after taking over for seconded external counsel for a new clinical-stage pharmaceutical company formed through a partnership between Bain Capital and Pfizer to address CNS disorders including Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, schizophrenia and opiate addiction withdrawal.Partner with all business functions, including R&D, Clinical Operations, IT, HR, HEOR, PV and Tech Ops to establish Master Services Agreements for significant CRO, CMO/CDMO relationships, consulting, sponsored research, CTA, CDA/NDA.
