My skills evolved over 25+ years of delivering results guiding teams, as well as learning from them, for numerous companies such as EY, Sherwin-Williams, Keybank, Wyse Advertising, Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, and others. I have delivered a wide array of solutions, from infrastructure to web-based and mobile applications, and even won a few awards on the journey. My skills continue to evolve as opportunities present themselves. Financial portfolio management became a new skill allowing a more well-rounded experience in cross-organizational financials. Additional responsibilities such as counseling peers and growing their careers have been very rewarding.
