I work directly with the promotions director, music director, and director of broadcast operations both before games, and during games to monitor any script adjustments or in-game additions. I read all team promotional content over the PA as well as client advertisements from various companies big and small throughout the Cleveland area. I also have the ability to occasionally fill in as the radio play-by-play as needed.

I was responsible for verifying insurance benefits on the spot through dozens of insurance provider portals, and if necessary, collecting patient balances at the time of service whether it be deductible, co-pay or other patient responsibility. I also was responsible for customizing patient appointment on cases such as follow-up appointments in primary care, to life-saving surgical operations throughout the Cleveland area. This was a heavy cash handling position and maintained a daily log book for cash collected.

I received several scholarships throughout my upper-level education, including from the Cleveland Touchdown Club. I held positions at the student-run radio station such as programming assistant director and sports director. I was responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 25 students while maintaining strong relationships with the athletic department, sports information department, and each individual sports team, with heavy emphasis on Men’s and Women’s basketball, football, and baseball.
