Ed has more than thirty (30) years of experience delivering attentive and timely service to clients in the areas of corporate, estate planning, real estate and general tax matters. Ed began his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in tax matters.As a tax generalist, much of Ed’s work involves various areas of taxation including individual tax, flow-through entities, including trusts, S-corporation, and limited liability companies, and estate and gift tax issues. Ed frequently represents closely-held businesses in connection with purchases and sales of businesses. Ed consults with clients and other professionals regarding the structure of like-kind exchange transactions. Ed also acts as a tax consultant to several CPA firms and other law firms. Ed’s estate planning and trust administration comprises a significant amount of his practice and complements his work with owners of closely-held businesses.
