I have been directly and passionately involved in every aspect of the interactive, self-service kiosk, digital signage, digital wayfinding, smart vending, menu boards, point-of-sale (POS), analytics, and retail IoT experience design industry for well over 25 years, complemented by more than 40+ total plus years of extensive engineering, design, technical sales, direct sales, business development, direct client engagement, engineering, marketing, partner and channel building, consulting, and embody that true entrepreneurial spirit. Over the past 25+ years I have founded or co-founded multiple self-service companies that focused on conceptual design, cognitive and mechanical design, engineering, manufacturing, integration, quality control, software, application and UI/UX development, accessibility design, regulatory compliance, turnkey managed digital services (MDS) for edge/cloud and complete turnkey kiosk and digital signage solutions. The primary brands founded or co-founded were Fivepoint (5point), OneSource Interactive, EuroTouch Kiosks, and PicsWare, followed by URway Kiosks, and URway Holdings in 2013 and now URway Digital officially spun-up in 2022 to replace the former OneSource Interactive a MDS organization, sold to Harbor Industries in 2018.I was a very early member of the original Kiosks.org founded by Craig Keefner, a member of the Kiosk Association, a board member of the Digital Screenmedia Association (DSA), a proud sponsor and member of the Kiosk Hall of Fame, and a current member of the Kiosk Manufacturers Association (KMA) and National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) through AAG, member of the Digital Signage Federation (DSF) and member of AVIXA Pro A/V organization.For the past two years I have been a full-time independent consultant for URway Holdings and an associate consultant for the Armstrong Alliance Group (AAG), an amazing team of industry experts coming together to solve business challenges for enterprise clients.
