  I am an experienced finance partner who manages large, complex commercial and industrial financing transactions, with a specialty in energy and infrastructure project financing. I work with banks and other financial institutions, energy industry firms and manufacturing companies in raising debt capital for a wide range of projects and businesses across the United States. I counsel our clients in developing deal structures and terms, prepare and negotiate financing and project documents, assist in due diligence investigations, and manage transactions to prompt closing.Working at Foley with our leading renewable energy and manufacturing practices, I have the honor of working with a team of specialists in whatever practice areas may be required by a given transaction, including tax, real estate, regulatory and environmental. We work collaboratively to execute each transaction in the most efficient manner possible.Outside of work, I enjoy running, golf, choral singing, good food and wine, and the company of friends and family.
