Contract Senior Project Manager for the Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS), State of Maine reporting to OADS COO. Fully remote, Waxhaw, NC.Key Achievements:* Project Delivery and Management Frameworks – provided project management frameworks and project oversight for a portfolio ($240m total / ~22 major initiatives) of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) related projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA); across five Offices within the Maine Department of Health and Human Services.* Project Financial Support – conducted twice monthly tracking of spend by initiative by monitoring contract development and encumbrance, invoice processing with vendors and internal program managers so that each project manager could review; identified trends and issues and provided recommendations to Executives to act on.* Executive Support - provided Executive Management Steering Committee support, spend tracking, data analytics, dashboards, decks, and change tracking.* Quarterly Reporting – lead the timely quarterly reporting to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of updates to the plan narrative and spend plan, progress to date, proposed amendments, and detailed change management.
