• Joined the TGP (The Gap Partnership) account and have worked on three different projects (Negotiators, Optimus and Enhance E-2-E) in various development states. Enhance being my longest served project, it required heavy project management structuring of the development backlog to achieve complete criteria and priority for on time releases.• Test lead on Enhance E-2-E, I also took on a Test / Project management role utilising Microsoft Azure to create a new backlog. Collected every source of bug, feature and request both old and new from: emails, Excel & Word documents, Team channels and recorded meetings. I worked closely with TGP to capture and break down acceptance criteria in a concise manner.• Created and distributed detailed user story and bug templates with guides. This facilitated consistent and detailed work items which could be sized and prioritised accurately. Supplemented the backlog with customised queries/tags to aid item tracking.• Added a review process for new items, this ensured only complete items were ready for development which improve velocity. • Implemented 2-week sprints, worked with contracted developers from Solarius. This provided the means to predict trajectories of completed items before release dates. This resulted in 4 customer pilot releases and over 800 items closed.• Personally raised over 300 bugs and user story improvements on the Enhance E-2-E project within 5 months using manual testing techniques like feature integration and repeated end-2-end. Quality improvement of releases was noticed. • Ventured into learning XPath automation in Cypress. XPath is used to find the location of any element on a webpage using HTML DOM structure using elements on the web page. This makes the automation more reliable.
