Valhall Redevelopment Project• Led FEED, detailed design and offshore execution related to Brownfield integration of a Greenfield 24,000T oil & gas production platform to replace subsidence impacted quarters and production platforms. Asset complex includes 5 bridge linked and 3 satellite platforms.• Accountable for $400m (including 430k offshore hours, 1.7m hours overall) of capital expenditure in modifications to existing offshore facilities including new bridges, piping and utility tie-in’s, heavy lift vessel operations, temporary accommodation vessel, simultaneous projects and operations and deactivation.• Accountable for contractor performance management, integrated planning amongst engineering, fabrication and construction contractors and the operating asset. Safety, Cost and Schedule were critical metrics for performing work on an operating platform balancing production, drilling and project drivers.• Actively participated in contractor sponsor level interventions (Aker Solutions, Heerema, Wood Group) and partner (Shell, Hess, Total) technical and commercial meetings.
