• Advised entrepreneurs and early-stage startups on transactional law issues, including business entity formation, service agreements, employment and compensation matters, pitch decks, and business strategy.• Helped with ELC’s community initiatives: held a legal workshop for Fordham Foundry incubator pitch contestants; advised small business owners in pop-up legal clinics; and published on the ELC Startup LAWnchpad podcast.

• Telecommunications Network Business Department, Mobile Communication Division• Worked on mobile device wireless communications. Conducted market research, in Korean and English, on the Japanese mobile phone market.

• SANYO Digital Systems Development Center (R&D Headquarters), Telecommunication Systems Department• Worked on systems related to Inter-Vehicle Communications (IVC), real-time traffic data sharing, augmented-reality, ad hoc networks, mesh networks, directional antennas, and beamforming Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) wireless systems. • Implemented a simulation tool for a new IVC system utilizing C, C++, and QT.• Reviewed U.S. patent applications filed by SANYO.• Performed market research, in Japanese and English, on the global wireless market and marketability of wireless devices being developed by the department.• Part of the Field Test (FT) team that tested new adaptive array/selective diversity antennas in Shizuoka, Japan.
