FTS is an open source software to transfer data reliably and at large scale between storage systems.July 2013 - February 2018:Working within the IT department, Compute & Monitoring (CM) group, Monitoring & Messaging (MM) section (previously IT-SDC-MI). The group is responsible for the service delivery and evolution of Compute, Monitoring and Infrastructure tools services for the CERN Computer Centre and the Worldwide LHC Computing Grid (WLCG). The CM-MM section is in charge of the development and support of the WLCG and the CERN Computer Centre monitoring infrastructure. This includes design, development and support of the tools used for monitoring of the distributed sites and services, common solutions shared by the LHC experiments for monitoring of their computing activities, support and consultancy for the messaging systems used for asynchronous communication between various components of the monitoring infrastructure. Experienced in advanced PL/SQL programming and in dealing efficiently with Oracle performance issues. Section responsible for the development and optimisation of PL/SQL procedures and data collectors of the Job Monitoring applications.
