I relocated from Poland to Singapore to take a functional role within IB Operations, APAC Head of KYC and Global Head of Trading Agreements.

I relocated from India to Poland to be IB Head of Poland Operations and Poland Group Operations Lead.

I relocated to Hyderabad to take 2 roles: middle office service delivery lead and vendor manager across 2 vendors. Tangent to the global sourcing strategy work in did while in China, I continued to optimize our global footprint by doing cost and productivity analysis of our vendor strategy and pitched several ideas, one of which was ultimately chosen. I spent considerable time with the teams, helping with cultural alignment (alignment to UBS culture while also celebrating the local culture within UBS). Similar to China, I led several large scale IT simplification projects and also created a sustainable secession plan.

I relocated from NY to China to manage the Fixed Income service delivery in our Shanghai shared service center. After we insourced the vendor and built a second shared service center in Wuxi, I took the role of managing the who middle office team in China, 200+ FTE. I designed the global sourcing strategy for IB Ops, executed the plan, hired and trained our first teams in China, and program managed several large IT simplification projects. I built a strong sucession plan which allowed me to relocate to India to take on a new role.
