As a member of the Test and Data Integration Group, I work several roles that lets me engage with multiple peers in the company. One of my roles requires me to review and manage requirements that are being followed for every mission. This includes requirements from the booster vehicle being assembled in the Factory to operations on the day of launch. Another one of my roles in the TDIG team allows me to collaborate with software engineers in verifying and establishing the software used in the launch vehicle. This requires a base knowledge on how our data is used in multiple systems, from avionics, ground systems software, vehicle systems software, etc. In TDIG, we also work multiple projects to modify our current tools and process to be lean and more efficient to allow for an increase in launch cadence. Following Agile processes and using Atlassian tools, modifications are tracked and executed in a timely basis to meet deadlines.

Ensured customer requirements were followed by using software tools (Thermal Desktop/AutoCAD, SINDA/FLUINT) to run thermal analyses. These analyses kept both the customer's space vehicle and the second stage within the required temperature limits to ensure mission success.

Responsible for managing and developing activities to help promote the mission of SHPE-FIU. Also responsible for creating a medium for engineering students to create relationships with professionals in the engineering industry.

Coordinated and led 2 Noche de Ciencias at Miami Beach Senior High School and Ronald Reagan/Doral Senior High School. Also developed 2 SHPE Jr. Chapters in Miami Dade County. I have been able to teach K-12 students the importance of a STEAM education and the benefits of a STEAM-related major in the current world we live in and for the future world.
