Primary responsiblilites include managing the common element costs such as household and outdoor water, yard maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and municipal inspections. ESTATE MANAGER and OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE:Proven success leading and managing numerous properties that range in size from $400,000 condos to multi-million dollar estates as well as managing multimillion-dollar commercial and residential construction projects. I am a practical strategic thinker and am known as a developer of creative solutions to opportunities or problems by encouraging teams to think through all aspects of decisions, including the facts, business trends and organization/human capital impact. I provide a leadership presence when on property. I am qualified to manage Interim roles. During the early part of my 30 plus-year career I worked with a variety of small to large corporations gaining extensive experience and expertise in managing the day-to-day business and finance needs of traditional companies having held various Officer and Executive roles over the years in strategic planning, acquisitions and divestitures, finance and treasury, accounting, manufacturing, customer service, sales and operational management. I know where the mistakes are made, and I am able to recognize issues before they become problems.
