I have scheduled and executed over 4000 man hours of maintenance availabilities leading to the safe and timely turnover between DOD and USN allowing the completion of mission essential requirements. Monitored and guided the careers of over 100 sailors as Command Career Counselor aligning career decisions and goals to be met with a personable approach and as a strong mentor. As a Naval recruiter for 3 years I spoke with 100s of people on a yearly basis which developed strong public speaking skiils and becoming welcomed in the local community.
