Provide IT Security expertise and contract services to the small business population in Southeastern CT and surrounding areas. Member of the Seaport Chapter of BNI, the Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating. Major projects include establishing the IT infrastructure of a manufacturing components distributor that moved operations from NH to CT; hardening and maintaining the computer infrastructure for an automotive body shop in Old Saybrook, CT; implementing firewall and NAT functionality on high speed internet and wireless routers; performing network troubleshooting; and performing virus removal and system inoculations for a variety of private individuals. Additional support provided for businesses providing BYOD support. Broad hardware support for a variety of vendors including HP ProLiant servers, DELL PowerEdge servers and IBM eServers and BladeCenters. Exposure to WireShark network sniffing utility. Produce ITIL-based network and system documentation, security policies and plans, and business continuity plans. Assist small businesses with their PCI-DSS SAQs.

Provide across-the-board information technology support for a Pre-K through Grade 8 Catholic school. Maintain existing technology infrastructure as well as plan and implement upgrades to maintain the school's technology competitiveness. Recent projects include integrating SMART Board technology in the classrooms and upgrading the network backbone from CAT3/CAT5 fast Ethernet to CAT5e/CAT6 Gig-E technology.
