About Edward Mbogo

I am a Tech Enthusiast and Saxophonist with a passion for mentoring and supporting boys and young men. I'm the COO at MyRide Africa, a TransTech startup using mobile technology to improve public transport. I'm also the founder and band leader of the JazzTease League, a modern jazz live band focused on themed musical experiences. Lastly, I'm the treasurer at Lifesong Kenya, a CBO that is positively impacting and transforming the lives of boys and young men through empowerment and mentorship.When I'm not busy running MyRide Africa or playing the sax, I'm usually doing something outdoors. Cycling, camping, hiking and long off-road drives are some of my go-to activities! I'm a big believer in the power of mentorship and often volunteer my time to help young people discover their passions.
