- Manage IT Department Team Leads.- Responsible for the consistent delivery of IT Operations and the provisioning of server and security support.- Define service levels and implement protocols to measure and report against performance, up/down time.- Lead all team members as assistance is required. Align team member roles and strengths and develop skillsets.- Deliver sustainable technical solutions based on business requirements and expected goals.- Manage all Media Departments, In-House as well as through Third Party Creative Services.- Manage all Business to Business Operations and Partnerships.- Direct all E-Business Marketing Management and Marketing Strategies.- Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and all other resources that standardize the function and security of the IT infrastructure and environments. - Manage licenses for software and applications. - Design, develop and maintain virtualized environments utilizing VMware.
