Provide leadership for the day-to-day operation and management of the Academic and Experiential Learning/Placement, Exchange Visitor Sponsorship, Events and Operations departments. Responsible for the development and implementation of a vision and strategy in support of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program, and the Fulbright Foreign Student Program. Accountable for all contracts, budgets and deliverables. Represents the Institute at meetings, conferences and events. Leads on various special projects and works to expand existing services to support Institutional Development and new business development efforts.

Lead the Academic and Professional Training teams to source and secure opportunities for international undergraduates, graduates, post-graduates and professionals to advance their education and career. Manage the implementation of the service offered for current projects such as the Fulbright Student and Scholar Programs, The Humphrey Program, TechWomen, WeTech, and Women's Enterprise for Sustainability. Create and maintain department's strategy in line with internal and external client needs. Ensure policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable standards. Manage the budget and day to day operations of the department in line with strategic aims and fiscal restraints. Develop the teams, work with them to plan and prioritize workloads, set objectives and conduct appraisals to continually improve performance and results. Develop and implement projects that position the institute as the global leader within the international education sector.
