As a Technical Lead for the RPO Business Analytics team my focus is to drive quality and efficiency into the reporting and analytics process and deliverables. Additionally my role is to provide technical and analytical support to the RPO Business Analytics team and clients by building custom solutions and/or leveraging existing tools and best practices. Additional responsibilities include:• Identifying areas for process improvement, and implement changes to drive efficiency/quality across the RPO Business Analytics team. • Working with Business Analysts to understand the program needs, priorities, organizational structure and relevant data elements to implement improvements to existing deliverables. • Communicating with necessary AGS departments (i.e. Integration Center, Technical Operations, Program Operations, Invoicing, Business Intelligence, etc.) to facilitate technical solutions to complex reporting issues or to reduce manual redundancy in program operations. • Partnering with Operations teams to drive enhancement requests for ATS technology improvements to support Reporting and Analytics functions. • Documenting procedures and business rules necessary for ongoing maintenance and support of the delivery of enhanced reporting solutions. • Staying current on emerging trends in technology as it pertains to analytics and reporting, and implement those solutions where and when it is appropriate. • Facilitating and/or participate in Client meetings around technology issues, demos, or future service requests, as required by the program office • Developing training solutions for non-technical teams
