Oversee day-to-day operation of facilities. Close interface with outside vendors, contractors and procurement for renovations. Engage with department leaders in life safety management to include fire drills, safety meetings, oxygen deliveries, medical waste removal and hospital equipment. Collaborate with General Manager on cost-effective purchasing, inventory control and budget-related issues. Respond to resident issues concerning maintenance and special needs.

Direct vendors, contractors and sub-contractors in all aspects of equipment, grounds and building maintenance across Florida call centers. Supervise procurement, general contracting and renovations, security measures and mechanical system maintenance throughout facilities. Initiate safety and health training with respect to COVID-19 protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines. Coordinate time-sensitive, complex and variable daily workload across several departments for 24-hour operations. Facilitate team and senior staff training meetings to meet culture and employee engagement objectives. Energetic and creative problem solving attuned to maximize cost savings and efficient workflow.

Maintain 100,000 square-foot campus, to include three buildings. Manage work orders for HVAC, plumbing, flooring, drywall and electrical. Participate in safety and leadership cohorts to schedule projects and to resolve issues. Cultivate professional yet congenial working relationships with supervisors and staff.
