1. Responsible for the administrative process of transferring between indomaret warehouses in moving 12,000+ product items from the old warehouse to the grand opening of the new warehouse, coordinating the Delivery Dept. Delivery Dept. in the process of sending items for the use of 20 fleets and drivers. 2. Responsible for managing the administration of the new Indomaret Manado warehouse for the receipt of items from 673 local suppliers and expeditions, processing PO, Invoice, and Road Letter files before inputting to ensure the name, code, quantity, and expiration period are in accordance with applicable standards. For Dry, Perisahble, Bread, Voucher and stationery supplier items.3. Monitoring the werehouse item zone, processing data and delivery routes in 418 indomaret stores, assisting the EDP team for shipments that are still in error status in the program via webservices and making periodic recap reports on the warehouse item administration process to be sent to the DC Manager.4. In charge of handling local supplier and expedition complaints in the administration section, also in this case coordinating with Staff and Dept. Manager. Merchandising in the process of receiving goods to get an agreed solution.5. Lead SOP and initial shift briefing. Ensure the completeness of team members, cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace area, equipment and work facilities are functioning properly. Coordinate with helper and checker teams in each shift, develop shift work schedules properly and conduct coaching and counseling processes with the team.
