• Investigated business practices of some of the world’s largest financial institutions in litigation for their dealings with Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) during the 2008 economic crisis, which led to mitigating hundreds of millions of dollars of potential losses in settlement.• Reviewed alleged anti-competitive practices of multi-billion dollar telecom merger in response to a change in FCC regulatory framework and DOJ anti-trust allegations, resulting in client decision to terminate deal.
