I am a Partner at Goggans, Stutzman, Hudson, Wilson & Mize, LLP. I practice both in the Atlanta office and the Columbus office. I am a graduate of Auburn University (B.A., 1981), the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1984), and Emory University (LL.M. in Taxation, 1985). I am a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Alabama State Bar. I am also a member of the American Bar Association. I am a past Chair of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and currently serve on the Executive Committee. In addition, I currently serve on the Board of Directors of GRECAA (Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association). I am a past President of GRECAA. Furthermore, I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association. I am also involved in numerous community activities. I am currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Brookstone School. I have served on the Muscogee County Library Foundation Board of Trustees, the Columbus-Phenix City Metropolitan Planning Organization - Citizens Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of Green Island Country Club, the Stakeholder Advisory Group of the Columbus Alternative Transportation Study, and the Board of Governors of The Big Eddy Club. I am the co-chair of the Mayor's Commission on Passenger Rail. I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the American Cancer Society, the Board of Deacons of First Presbyterian Church, and the Servant Leadership Advisory Panel for Brookstone School.My practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate.
