Edward Ponton Jr., known to many as "Ed," and I am the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Feeture, an app that redefines artist collaboration, making it easier for musicians to connect and create. As a Miami native, my journey has always been rooted in two passions—athletics and music. Competing in both American Football and Track and Field at the collegiate level instilled in me the discipline and perseverance of an athlete, while my love for music has fueled my lifelong pursuit of creative excellence.For over 15 years, I’ve been an independent recording artist, songwriter, and visual artist. This experience has sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of what it takes to craft a vision and execute it strategically. I know firsthand the grind and challenges that come with being an indie artist, which is why I’m passionate about developing solutions that make life easier for creators. Feeture was born out of this passion—empowering musicians to collaborate more efficiently and bring their ideas to life.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside industry heavyweights like Cool & Dre, Ma$e, and Jack Lawson. Most recently, my single “Live Yours” has surpassed over one million streams globally and has been featured on major platforms like MTV and BET. Staying connected to my art as a recording artist keeps my creative spark alive, and as an executive, I pride myself on speaking the language of both artist and strategist.
