Air Force Program Manger at Michael Baker International's Tampa, FL office providing Architect and Engineering services primarily to Federal customers worldwide. One project I am currently working is the program integration for the Air Force's 5-year/$3B reconstruction effort rebuilding Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. This Task Order provides a variety of design and construction related documents, correspondence, and develops recommendations for the Air Force to resolve conflicts and disconnects while minimizing impact to ongoing aircraft operations. A site team with reachback support provides design and construction integration for 120 new facilities and existing facility repairs across all disciplines. Additionally, we are integrating Building Information Modeling into a master model that will set the digital twin cornerstone for Tyndall AFB. We also integrate key functions such as security, technology, and communication across design and construction.

I led a team of 2,200 delivering mission supports to 20K stakeholders on MacDill Air Force Base, encompassing 5.7K acres, 595 facilities encompassing 5 million square feet, 24 aircraft, including 35 separate organizations and 52 coalition nations. Responsible for communications, engineering, security/law enforcement, logistics, transportation, contract acquisitions, recreation, retail, and human resource/social service activities. Sets inclusive culture and strategic priorities then executes in direct support of Service/Department of Defense policy and law. Resolves conflicts with labor force, customers and stakeholders. Responsible for $91M operating budget, and a $172M design and construction program.
