I stepped into the financial services and insurance world as a field agent with Liberty National Life in 2008 after the financial crisis rocked the entire economy and my career as a Chemical Engineer. I leveraged my engineering training in process management to quickly earn a team as a unit manager with Liberty National. With a new understanding of the lay of the land in the insurance industry, I founded the Pritchett Agency and partnered with Symmetry Financial Group/Quility Insurance Holdings in October of 2010 and currently have one of the largest production organizations and fastest-growing agencies within Symmetry Financial Group's $300M a year insurance marketing organization.I continue to expand on my capabilities in the insurance industry, helping my clients prepare for retirement with Privatized Banking, Indexed Universal Life, and Annuity based planning, working with business owners to bring greater protection to employees and association members with Group Benefits programs as well as helping business owners self-finance using the Cash Flow Insurance model. I love being able to educate people on the possibility of wealth-building using insurance as a part of their strategy. Outside of the insurance industry, I am investing in various real estate projects where I can bring my engineering training to bear both in the multi-family and single-family markets. I am also exploring traditional investing models through my partnership stake in Spicer Capital, API Financial Advisors, and other opportunities in the financial services industry to build a true legacy creating an ecosystem for our clients to be a part of. Rounding out my passions is my work as a co-founder of One Scientific and the push to develop clean, affordable Hydrogen production that will impact energy economies around the globe.I am always looking to connect with individuals with a strong sense of purpose and desire to leverage the business world in order to fund their personal life purpose.Specialties: Business Mentorship and Development, Insurance and Retirement Planning, Leadership Development
