I am a first-year student in the Research Masters in Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam, with a methodological specialization in qualitative research methods. My previous position was as a Research Assistant at the University of Galway, working on Theatronomics, a project that aims to build a comprehensive database on all aspects of the business of Covent Garden and Drury Lane theatres in the 18th century. I am a graduate of the Bsc Applied Social Sciences course in the University of Galway, where my dissertation was nominated for the Undergraduate Dissertation Prize offered by the Royal Geographical Society. I have also worked in policy research with Threshold Ireland and in communications with Galway City Council. My experience has allowed me to broaden and deepen my skillset in research, communications, and data analysis. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex social problems and using evidence-based approaches to social justice.
