Entering constituent comments, concerns and questions into Fireside (CRM), and Lockheed Martin’s Intranet Quorum (CRM). Assisted staff in events by preparing literature, arranging areas, guiding constituents, and other tasks that best facilitated the Congressman. Worked closely with staffers on cases of immigration, veteran’s issues, and host of other constituent casework. Knowledgeable of a variety of agencies such as U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, and the Department of Homeland Security. The development of Coast Lightings online presence through use of social media, and Google analytics. Effective in the handling of the storefront with regards to customer service, sales, and warehouse management.
