I have over 30 years total experience working with computers with 15+ years actively troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other peripherals. I am familiar with Unix, Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), Windows 3.11/95/98/XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 as well as MS Server 2003/2008/2012. I am also familiar with Mac OS.My professional goal is to eventually assume a position in which I can help allocate and implement new technologies and methodologies when available and where applicable to help lower costs and make the support process as streamlined as possible.Specialties: Hardware troubleshooting & repair, computer upgrades and new builds, software installation, testing, and management.
