Current▫ Supports 300+ users by managing incident response and service requests, troubleshooting customer-specific operation systems and applications, ensuring problem resolution, and promoting end-user satisfaction ▫ Provides detailed analysis and clear, concise explanations in support of corporate network operations; documents troubleshooting and resolution efforts; communicates incident status/service request updates to users▫ Creates and manages computer objects in Active Directory▫ Creates and maintains user accounts for various applications/databases and enforces PKI compliance per network tasking order guidelines ▫ Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes; reviews system and application logs▫ Repairs and recovers from hardware or software failures; applies OS patches▫ Performs ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization; adds and configures new services; configures system hardware and software to support Asset Management ▫ Deploys and configures both standalone and network-connected devices using a DISA provided Win 10/11 OS Standard Host Baseline image ▫ Configures CPU, memory, and disk partitions ▫ Creates and maintains documentation for knowledge transfer and to train employees in resolving day-to-day issues▫ Identifies and executes process improvements that increase operational efficiency
