Invited and appointed by avarto financial services Ireland founder to lead the Global Operations organisation supporting a global internet client (Google). Led Operations for arvato F&A delivery centres located in Ireland, Poland, Philippines, China, Brazil and USA.

Led the Global Contract and Billing Management team for a 5-year $200Million+ BPO contract supporting global software client (Microsoft).

Led and delivered successful contract renewal with large Tier 1 semi-conductor manufacturing organisation for Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Warehousing services against multiple external business providers. Estimated contract revenue value €15million+ per year.

Global Business Development Manager for new on-site client solutions in semi-conductor equipment in bulk, specialised gas business unit.

On-site Operational Manager delivering products and services in three separate division for BOC Gases to Tier 1 semiconductor manufacturer. Contract required the delivery of critical key performance indicators defined in multi-year contract.

Managed and delivered critical KPI defined by multi-year contract with Tier 1 Semi Conductor business. Implementation BOC HR policies and created local HR policies where necessary for on-site teams. Implemented effective safety culture for all on-site employees through communication, management rollout and safety objectives. Turned around loss making business achieving profitability within 1 year of start in new role while continuously improved BOC Customer facing metrics (85% to 91% after 2 years). Delivered improved employee development and employee satisfaction programs

Initial seed employee for HP technology transfer to Ireland for Inkjet cartridge manufacturing. Delivered fastest equipment transfer process in HP Inkjet history while growing the organisation to deliver world class operational performance.
