Oversight of daily operations of Escajeda Masonry's Commercial & Residential Estimation Department, which consists of a growing team of 5 estimators; Liaison between estimators, office staff, Project Managers, field employees and management. Reports directly to President/Owner

• Schedule and appear at bid meetings and appointments with perspective clients who desire a project estimate• Draft bid proposals after meeting with perspective clients; detailing specific information for their project• Respond to all client questions before, during, and/or following project completion

• Independently managing and executing small and mid-size transactions, while fostering client relationships.• Delivering value by negotiating favorable economic and flexible lease terms for American Red Cross (ARC) and disposing of underutilized assets.• Actively working with upper and senior level members on complex transactions.• Obtaining market data, reviewing market reports, retaining real estate broker partners nationally, overseeing site selection and site evaluation, creating requests for proposals (RFP’s), negotiating letters of intent (LOI's), leases, purchase and sale agreements, and preparing business cases.• Assisting the American Red Cross in completing a large number of transactions annually and independently executing lease and capital transactions of all types and sizes while adhering to Jones Lang LaSalle’s and the American Red Cross' processes and standards for expertise and professionalism• Developing, implementing, streamlining and improving ARC and JLL processes underlying flawless transaction execution• Reviewing transaction related documents as part of due diligence process• Preparing commission invoices and tracking payments• Partnering with other JLL offices to monitor progress of transactions and projects • Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data nationally and locally
