All of us have significant experience with Pronto and most of us have worked for Pronto Software in the past. We generally work on our own but can also pool our resources if required. This gives us the advantage of being flexible and nimble. Our other advantage is that our operating costs are far below those of our competition and we pass those savings on to our clients.Some of the work we provide for our clients:· New system implementation projects including project management, workshops, programming, user acceptance testing, training and go live support of all Pronto modules.· System upgrade projects· Business process mapping and improvement· Vendor management· Pronto training· Pronto support serviceWe work with Pronto versions from 402 through to the current release and are skilled in Cognos report writing also.
