Initially volunteered as a mentor in a Barclays bank-owned program, guiding armed forces personnel into business. Some mentees hold psychological and physical challenges. I assist mentees in career guidance, CVs and cover letters, recruitment services, job application, Interview process and presentations to role placement. Giving continuous support once placed until the mentee feels they have transitioned fully and successfully into the workplace.I voluntarily support freelance (for free) so please add me here and contact me if you are a service leaver/veteran that requires mentorship or support.

• Appointed as global co-lead for mentoring Veterans@Meta. Promoting DEI working with HR partners in the US to develop meaningful support programmes in awareness training and mentoring. This aims to support new veteran hires from the military to transition and reach success in the workplace.

• Forging a new niche board executive-facing senior management role within the global security leadership team.• Consulting, developing and delivering a new protective intelligence strategic risk management programme across EMEA which specifically supports senior company executives.• Hired an entire new team of senior intelligence analysts that proactively identify and mitigate risk to company executives through AI systems, open source, and deep and dark web cyber monitoring. Maintaining high levels of GDPR compliance throughout these operations, creating strong legal partnerships and efficient work streams.• Delivering comprehensive risk management of executive travel to global low, medium and high-risk locations. Consulting and educating executives prior to travel, presenting unique tailored travel risk assessments that are specific to each individual executive, often due to their public profile and media prominence. Ensuring execs have the correct executive protection resource supporting them on the ground and at their residences.• Minimising risk by analysing and presenting online exposure information that could be used nefariously, putting executives in a defensible position online whilst enabling them to drive impact across the business.• Supporting executive travel to high-profile events such as Cannes Lions, MSC, WEF Davos. Providing live intelligence to executive protection details on the ground, enabling crucial intelligence-based decision-making.• Managing large-scale global projects. • Regional head and advisor directly to each country's Managing Director, advising professionally in the following: crisis management, resiliency, threat intelligence including terrorism, protest groups and political threats, travel safety and security, event security, executive protection logistics, supply chain security, ISO27001 certification and HR related employee matters. Responsible for the security of thousands of company employees across a large corporate office estate covering UK, Ireland, Benelux and the Nordics.• Event security organisation and delivery of Discover 2017, a large EMEA external sales event held at IFEMA Madrid. 10,000 attendees over 3 days deploying 120 security officers, 20 explosive dogs. Managing security incidents throughout the event, managing EP operations for CEO Meg Whitman and external CEO’s. I ensured as an integral part of the events team that this event was executed with no major security incidents.• The continuous threat monitoring of multiple pro-Palestinian organisations, these groups aim to boycott the business and events and are generally disruptive, they hold a negative political cause against the business. This involves partnerships with external threat intelligence analysts, corporate affairs and legal departments,• Managing high value contracts of company expenditure for the outsourced operational security service across the region, utilising multiple European suppliers providing manned guarding, security patrols and interventions services to the business. Monitoring and validating the performance of these services through penetration testing, ensuring the correct procedures and technical solutions are in place for effective remote monitoring of sites out of hours, from our security operations centre in Germany.• Technical security project management in Access (Lenel), CCTV and Intruder systems for new corporate office space.

•Regional head, managing a large team of investigation managers and staff, responsible for over 30 store locations and all corporate offices across the Northern Europe, protecting assets and reducing losses in high-value and large-volume luxury jewellery, watches and bespoke garments, increasing profitability to all company brands, working cross-network with multi-functional departments within budgets.• Managing simultaneous technical security projects and installations to end users, tendering individual areas and managing multiple contractors to meet each deadline within set allocated budgets for both corporate offices and new store builds in the region. • Designing technical solutions, utilising architectural plans for access control, intruder/panic alarms CCTV, and all physical security elements, ensuring software integration of these systems for monitoring and configuration, formulating processes, policy and procedures to establish effective operational use, interrogation and function.• Prestigious event planning with A-list celebrity guests, The Boris Becker Pre Wimbledon tennis event at Kensington Palace, organising effective security measures to ensure that these events run seamlessly also providing risk assessments and EP operations for Senior Exec’s and Mr Lauren and family on formal EU visits.• Business continuity planning/management in crisis, disaster and terror attacks, delivering researched reports to executives when travelling to high-risk locations globally both on business and personal engagements.• Conducting complex corporate and retail investigations of variance in corruption, theft, fraud and misconduct, proactively generating cases from system-based report interrogation, working in alignment with Human Resources, and giving evidenced-based recommendations for company employment disciplinary process.

• Short term contract for the training and management of 68 staff providing the security and safety service to 5 central London hospitals circa 3 million sq. ft. consisting of 14,000 employees, building important clinical relationships whilst driving significant improvement by increasing KPI patrol statistics by 20%, providing the best possible service.• Design, recruit to and the implementation of a new 24hr shift pattern delivering a further financially effective and overall efficient service to the client, compliant with departmental budget constraints.• Managing multiple security technical projects across all sites, including the new installation of Infant Abduction tagging equipment across maternity services, preparing tender specifications for suppliers and contractors.• Operational event planning for VIP visits inclusive of Boris Johnson, MPs, and celebrities attending the trust and high profile private healthcare areas such as Lindo Wing where the royal birth took place. • Advising trust wide on physical security solutions, risk assessments, policies, procedures to product end• Acting as a support network, leading on sensitive staff related HR discipline/criminal investigations, involving a high level of continued police liaison, briefing board directors on impacting incidents across all sites.• Multiple contract management and development of various security technical systems, achieving high integrity access control levels through security audits, maintaining SLA’s and relationships with external clients, gaining additional income for the service. • Health and safety departmental coordination, counter terror monitoring and threat assessment, emergency planning inclusive of Notting Hill Carnival, on call manager for out of hours critical incident response, responding directly to the west end Apollo theatre collapse.

• A strategically orientated role with the key remits being the delivery of business security strategies. Analysing, designing, and implementing approaches are variants of this position.• Overseeing the effective delivery of security services, to the highest risk Post Office cash centres in the UK, and its supply chain, in addition, security managing the South UK region.• Client facing, this role entails a degree of presenting, consulting and advising clients on the best security solutions to fit their needs.• Initiating and project managing a national scheme, designed to significantly lower the offence rate on cash transit crews and overall losses.• Handling appropriate resources to enable delivery of the project within budget and within a set time-frame. • Working closely with the programme team to ensure effective delivery of technical design and testing approach/execution, including; the analysis of issues and dependencies, as well as identifying, managing and mitigating project risks; ensuring high level risks and issues are escalated to where appropriate. • Managing the physical security, security inspections and the complex fraud/theft investigations, within the post office network, conducting dynamic risk assessments and overall risk management of incidents at all hours, whilst ensuring relationships with all stakeholders are maintained.• Maintaining staff awareness in regards to security control and risk issues, designing and executing innovative training programmes, across the UK.

• Involved in the detection and investigation of serious crimes and offences; managing a number of high profile investigations, ranging from murders, robberies, high value fraud cases and other crimes that require complex investigations.• The role requires a sharp eye for detail, people skills, second to none negotiation skills, excellent memory, and a good judgement of character.• Gathering intelligence and evidence using recognised, approved sources and complying with all relevant and prevailing legislations. Maintaining comprehensive records and files relating to investigation work. • Providing the team with appropriate guidance on active case loads and advice on various cases.

• Handling above-water combat systems and radars, ensuring they meet a wide range of needs for surface and anti-air warfare. These ‘systems solutions’ perform surveillance, command and combat functions and support weapon systems.
