After successfully creating and piloting the CloudUp and She Builds CloudUp training programs across WA and SA I brought them into the Training and Certification team to scale them. We have had over 15,000 women through our She Builds CloudUp training programs in 2021 and I can't wait to see how much bigger we can go! I also work with our teams to create other programs and events to ensure cloud skills are accessible to everyone as well as working with many awesome Customers directly, helping them build out learning and development plans with a focus on attraction and retention of talent.

After an exciting 9 months in Perth helping grow the team from 22 to 50 I took a maternity leave secondment to look after the Melbourne head office team of 80 consultants. My role was general state management responsibilities, leading technical teams and working with customers to ensure successful outcomes. My role at Kinetic IT was strategic recruitment for all levels of roles from senior management to group assessment centres. Playing a lead role for a team of four I was a key part of transition projects, recruitment drives, best practice projects and providing advice to senior managers.In my 2 years here we grew the team from 600 to 1000 employees.

After selling my business and travelling for a year I "fell" into external recruitment specialising in IT roles across infra and dev.

Accountability for 3 retail IT stores with 15 - 20 staff my role was completely varied including; general management, sales training, hr and recruitment, accounts and marketing. I sold this business in 2007 after being awarded a "small business of the year" award by the Chamber of Commerce.
