This role started with setting up the Master Planning module in Microsoft Dynamics365 and evolved to include inventory and demand analysis and processimprovement. I worked with databases, Excel, and Power BI to create reports,dashboards, and forecasts and used VBA to automate tasks.

This role consisted of two process improvement projects for on procurement andproduction scheduling. I worked with stakeholders to diagram cross-functionalprocesses and researched technology options to save time.

In this role I worked with a small team to analyse the city’s process for removingillegally dumped items. We mapped the process and identified non-value addedactivities, then created new KPIs leading to a 12% process time reduction.
