At Great Places our team is currently using Thrive, our new LXP, to support all our colleagues in a number of ways during lockdown. 1. Supporting the wellbeing of our colleagues by providing helplines, advice and resources. We have also hosted online events, including Building Resilience training sessions and The Great Get Together, a chance for people to have a virtual chat and find out how everyone is getting on. 2. We’ve transformed our face-to-face induction modules into a fully digital onboarding programme. We’ve created virtual “meetings” to meet new faces and kept it interactive by including quizzes and questions. 3. Going beyond corporate responsibility and getting creative to find other ways to support our colleagues is important to us. We created a “Keeping the Kids Entertained” pathway with educational website/app recommendations, online lesson suggestions and lots of fun activities.My responsibilities include: • Curating and creating content for our LXP• Creating bitesize training videos• Developing campaigns to support our colleagues, such as Mental Health Awareness Week
