After working with HL for 3 months I was promoted to the Pensions team to assist with the Helpdesk.Tackling the day-to-day client enquiries clients have about their pensions (transferring, contribution level queries, options at retirement and pension income) via phone and written communication (emails, letters and secure messages)I’m also the champion of the Drawdown internet queries, liaising with clients on outstanding requests and providing additional support with colleagues over pension income related queries.I update the team on their weekly call stats, providing ways on how to develop and improve.I’m also the champion of the pension wise client enquiries, actively reaching out to clients about the new FCA regulations with pension wise and booking in appointments, assisting with transfer enquiries where a client will later on access money in their pension (within 5 years of the transfer completing). I act as the person who provides a stronger nudge for contacting pension wise through both phone calls and secure messages.
