TEACHING STAFF EVALUATION➢ Conducted 3 teacher evaluations of language arts teachers using Danielson Framework for Teaching. Compared evaluation findings with Language Arts Supervisor for interrater calibrations. Participated in pre and post evaluation teacher conferences and made recommendations regarding goals and areas needing improvement.STUDENT ASSESSMENT➢ Analyzed PARCC data for Math and ELA. Provided training and individualized coaching for grades 3, 4 and 5 teaching staff.
